We are experienced business professionals with plenty
of business savvy. We focus on business and leadership executive coaching,
and that's all we do. Although there are many forms of
coaching including, lifestyle, career, and others, we focus
only on behavioral executive coaching. Our goal is to
coach and develop leaders.
Our coaches have a strong business background with actual leadership
experience. They know how to relate to senior-level
executives. They have held executive positions, and can truly empathize
with their challenges and frustrations.
Coaching is an "art" as well as a
process. Learning how to coach takes some time,
education, and experience. We've seen some of the coaching
firms in the country only require a short seminar to prepare
their coaches. Few have real leaders coaching others. We are continually developing our skills and
knowledge of the coaching process, and are all certified as coaches. We know how to develop leaders, and trained, coached, and worked with hundreds of executives and emerging leaders in Executive Education programs around the world.

Our Process Works and is Guaranteed
Our unique coaching process assures our clients will achieve their goals.
We make sure that you get results. If you don't, we'll make it work. We usually get better results than our clients ask for.
We start by getting agreement between our coaching clients, their manager, and stakeholders on behaviors that will make the greatest and most positive impact. After six months with the client, stakeholders re-assess leadership effectiveness and the observable changes of the client. After stakeholders validate the change, only then will we bill you for the final payment of for our coaching services.

Our Midwest location allows for face-to-face coaching for cities close to Cincinnati. However, more of our business is now being done virtually. Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis,
Louisville, Lexington are all within a two-hour drive of Cincinnati. We also have clients around the world.
