Pay-for-Performance
At the start of the process we determine what change looks like and use that as a measurement. We identify stakeholders who can assess whether there was increased leadership effectiveness, and an improvement in the behaviors that were identified initially. Using this model, we are very careful to select leaders for our coaching, to be sure the candidate is coachable. We will not accept clients who are about to be fired and don't want to be coached. 

Fixed Price - Fixed Term
Our fees are based upon the location of the client and the complexity of the coaching. Discounts are available for multiple clients from the same company. Typically we work with most clients from 3-6 months. At the end of the three or six month engagement, we provide additional options for on-going coaching.

Virtual Coaching
For years we felt that the only way to do executive coaching was face-to-face. Technology has changed that premise.  Face-to-face is certainly an effective way to coaching and learn, but it a very time-consuming methodology for both the coach and the leader. For the coach it adds travel costs and results in less time spent on activities that really matter.  With tools like Go-To-Meeting, Webex, and or even the phone, we can easily replicate a face-to-face experience.  The bottom line is that we can offer the same coaching less expensively for the client. We are not eliminating face-to-face coaching, but offer it as an option for clients that would prefer its benefits.  There is also a blended version with some face-to-face and virtual coaching.

Three month Coaching Process includes:

  • Intitial meeting with client/manager to create objectives
  • In-depth interview with client to build relationship and to discover issues
  • Leadership Practices Inventory (360°)
  • Review findings
  • Develop an Action Plan
  • Weekly telephone or face-to-face sessions
  • Long term planning and assessment

Six-month Coaching Process includes:

  • Intitial meeting with client/manager to create objectives
  • In-depth interview with client to build relationship and to discover issues
  • Interviews with managers, reports as needed
  • Leadership Practices Inventory (360°)
  • Social Style/MBTI/DiSC assessment
  • Review reports and meet with managers and others
  • Develop an Action Plan
  • Midpoint Review with client and manager
  • Weekly telephone or face-to-face sessions
  • Long term planning and assessment
  • Leadership Practices Inventory (360°) re-assessment
  • Capstone presentation with manager
  • Create a long term developmental plan
