Pay for Performance
Our pricing model is simple. You don't pay if you don't see change.  If you don't see positive change, you don't have to pay for our time, however, we will bill you monthly for all assessments, meetings location expenses, and travel. 

At the start of the process we determine what change looks like and use that as a measurement. We identify stakeholders who can assess whether there was increased leadership effectiveness, and an improvement in the behaviors that were identified initially.

Using this model, we are very careful to select leaders for our coaching, to be sure the candidate is coachable. We will not accept clients who are ready to be fired and don't want to be coached. 

Fixed Price, Fixed Term
We can also set a specific price for a specific length of time. Our rate for this service is based upon the location of the client since out-of-town clients require more time and travel. Discounts are available for multiple clients from the same company.
